There are three sessions of the market – London Session, US Session and the Asian Session. The London session opens at 8 a.m. GMT and closes at 4 p.m. GMT. The hours that overlap on the London session and US session are from 1 p.m GMT to 4 p.m GMT and this is the time when the forex market is most active. It is also the best trading time.
